Refund policy
At Yari Designs, every piece is handcrafted to order. Because of this, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.
Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Process
- Email support@yaridesigns.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and (for U.S. customers) a prepaid label.
- Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges. If you’d like a different design, you’ll need to place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, engraved, or personalized jewelry
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- (For EU customers, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period applies as required by law)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.
