Shipping
Every YARI piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase for production and delivery within the United States. International orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Refer to our Shipping policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return, email support@yaridesigns.com with your order number.
Once approved you will receive return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. You cover return shipping.
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us immediately with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you in full and cover return shipping.
The following are final sale and cannot be returned: custom or personalized pieces, items past 14 days of delivery, and anything worn, resized, or altered after delivery. Refer to our full Refunds & Returns Policy.
Warranty & Repair
All YARI jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. For repairs outside of a manufacturing defect we offer paid repair services. Full details on what is covered, what is not, and how to submit a claim are on our Warranty & Repair Policy.
