Lifetime Warranty

All YARI jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If something fails due to how it was made, email support@yaridesigns.com with your order number and photos. This includes a stone loosening from a faulty setting, a clasp failing without force, or a structural issue with the piece itself. We will assess it and, if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, you will have the choice of a full refund or a replacement. You cover shipping to us. We cover shipping back.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

What is not covered

Accidental damage, normal wear over time, lost stones from impact, chemical exposure, or any repair or resizing performed by a jeweler other than YARI. Any work done outside of YARI voids the warranty.

Repairs

For anything outside of a manufacturing defect, we offer repair services. Email support@yaridesigns.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will send you a quote before any work begins. Nothing moves forward without your approval. You cover shipping both ways and the cost of repair.

Jewelry Insurance

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage. For full protection we recommend insuring your piece through your homeowners or renters policy, or through a dedicated jewelry insurer. It typically costs 1 to 2 percent of the value of the piece annually and covers what a warranty cannot.

Solid 14k recycled gold holds the same market value as any 14k gold. Our lab-grown diamonds are graded to the same standards as mined. The materials in your piece are real, lasting, and worth keeping. That is the guarantee.
