Custom Jewelry & Design
How does the custom design process work?
We start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to hear your ideas and explore what’s possible. From there, we collaborate with you through sketches, stone selection, and final approval before production begins.
Do you make engagement rings?
Yes. Our family has specialized in diamond appraisal and engagement rings for over 44 years. We’ll help you choose the right diamond and design a ring that reflects your style and story.
Can I bring my own diamond or gemstone?
Yes, if it’s suitable for the design. We’ll assess the stone first to make sure it can be securely set.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most designs take 4–6 weeks to complete, depending on complexity. You’ll get a timeline during your consultation.
Diamonds & Sourcing
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?
We currently work primarily with lab-grown diamonds from trusted suppliers. Natural diamonds are available on request.
Are your diamonds and gemstones ethical?
Yes. All stones are sourced from suppliers who meet strict standards for ethics and sustainability.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days once shipped. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Every order is fully insured until it is delivered and signed for. Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your piece ships.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my jewelry?
Every piece is handcrafted to order, so standard returns and exchanges are not accepted. Returns are only possible if the piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What is the timeline for reporting an issue?
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
How do I request a return?
Contact support@yaridesigns.com. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and, for U.S. customers, a prepaid label. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Because each piece is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges. A new order would need to be placed for a different design.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Custom, engraved, or personalized jewelry, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned. EU customers retain the statutory 14-day cooling-off period as required by law.
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Warranty & Care
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All jewelry is covered for one year against manufacturing defects. We’ll repair or replace the piece at no cost.
What does the warranty not cover?
Accidents, misuse, and normal wear and tear.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing, avoid chemicals and pools, and store pieces separately. Professional cleaning is recommended for detailed or gemstone settings.

Yes, digital gift cards are available.
